2. About Near Me

Near Me is a single-vendor online store operated in Kathmandu, Nepal. We own all products we sell and fulfil all orders ourselves. There are no third-party sellers on this platform.

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Nepal Rupees (NPR / Rs.) and include applicable taxes.
• Near Me sets all prices independently. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
• Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith. Minor variations may occur.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

4. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance via email.
• Near Me is the sole seller for every transaction — all orders are fulfilled by Near Me.
• We accept COD, eSewa, Khalti, and bank transfer. Payment terms apply per method.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for pricing errors, stock issues, or fraud suspicion.

5. Delivery

7. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.

All content on Near Me — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Near Me or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Near Me's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Near Me after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
