- Click your account name → select "My Orders"
- Find your order and click "View Details"
- See real-time status: Processing → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered
You'll also receive email and SMS notifications at each delivery milestone.
Important Shipping Notes
- All delivery timelines are business days (Sunday–Friday in Nepal). Public holidays may cause delays.
- Orders placed before 2 PM NST on business days are dispatched the same day.
- Delivery timelines are estimates. Near Me is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Our delivery partner will attempt delivery twice. If you're unavailable, they'll call to reschedule.
- Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct to avoid delays.
- Near Me is the sole fulfiller of all orders — no third-party sellers.
Packaging
Every Near Me order is carefully packed to protect items in transit. Fragile items are wrapped with protective padding. We use recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.
Shipping FAQ
Contact us immediately at care@nearme.com.np. If the order hasn't been dispatched, we can update the address. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged package. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
